We’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our Antioch Clinic team as Behavior Interventionists (Registered Behavior Technicians). If you love working with kids and want a rewarding career with real growth, this is for you!

About the Role:
  • Location: Antioch Clinic.
  • Hours: Weekdays, 12:30 pm – 6:00 pm (part-time with the potential of full-time).
  • Pay: $22–$27/hr (based on experience, certification, and education).

As a Clinic-Based BI, you’ll work 1:1 with children (ages 0–21), supporting them in building communication, social, play, and life skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping kids reach their highest potential in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in our clinic.
  • Implement skill-building programs and collect data to track progress.
  • Teach communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
  • Engage and motivate children through play-based activities.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
  • Report progress and collaborate with your supervising team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Preferred: Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification and experience with children on the autism spectrum (or willing to obtain RBT certificate within 90 days).
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Passion for working with kids and helping them thrive.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
